The IJP policy recently changed and allows band corrections for newly promoted people

Policies change overnight and leaves get cancelled at the last moment, hard to maintain work life balance, especially for married women. Work from home is not available for all

Not happy with the New KRA policy. There are very less chances that anyone can achieve 100% i.e. Quality scores must be greater than 99.10 which is impossible. In my observation company is thinking about cost cutting such as they have invested so much money to create an good envoirment but keep one coffee maching operative despite having 2 shows narrow thinking.
