My first job experience in medical coding with the visionary RCM company where I learnt how to handle the pressure how to learn coding how to improve skills,but to be genuine it's worst management and no growth in visionary RCM and coming to Infinx,they selected me offering me some how good package there were immediate joining,they forced me to join immediately I didn't get proper releaving letter from vrcm company..see I thought infinx has a good reputation and best MNC in the healthcare industry.but i wasn't aware of this fraudulent and cheating organisation prior to my joining,they hired for almost 100 plus sr coders for high mark HCC project,they started giving training for 2month's initially but no projects getting then they started giving speciality coding training for few coders in e&m, radiology,ers.after 2 month's training one fine evening they removed maximum number of coders all of a sudden without compensation without prior information.. intersting thing is here that they hold few of employees but removed maximum employees. I think spoiling employees career is this company policy, there's no job security. horrible thing is 50+ coders of us still not got jobs for the last 3 month's 😞 but them self they're feeling proud but your company reputation is zero in the industry..waste management waste HR policy,do not join and don't spoil your career pls..#baninfinx...Read More

Some user's feel that compensation (salary, bonuses, benefits) is not competitive enough compared to industry standards or doesn't match the amount of work expected. Also, many supervisors are unable to avail their entitled leaves due to the demanding nature of their work responsibilities. As a result, they are losing out on their accumulated leaves and are also not receiving compensation in the form of overtime for their extra workload. I would like to suggest that we work closely with the payroll department to address this issue and find a solution that is fair to all parties involved. As per company policy, supervisors are allowed to carry forward a maximum of 60 unused leaves to the following year. Any leaves in excess of this limit will unfortunately lapse. I believe that by addressing this issue proactively, we can ensure that our supervisors are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance and are duly compensated for their hard work and dedication....Read More
