Some user's feel that compensation (salary, bonuses, benefits) is not competitive enough compared to industry standards or doesn't match the amount of work expected. Also, many supervisors are unable to avail their entitled leaves due to the demanding nature of their work responsibilities. As a result, they are losing out on their accumulated leaves and are also not receiving compensation in the form of overtime for their extra workload. I would like to suggest that we work closely with the payroll department to address this issue and find a solution that is fair to all parties involved. As per company policy, supervisors are allowed to carry forward a maximum of 60 unused leaves to the following year. Any leaves in excess of this limit will unfortunately lapse.
