There is no job security in Synergy department (Vehicle Loan) in IndusInd Bank, branch people are not supportive in providing leads, management led by RSM Mr Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr Smarajit Bhar is extremely toxic as they will continuously pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation if anyone does not achieve the sales target every month and the sales target provided by the management is beyond expectations, the practices followed inside is extremely faulty. No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No propersupport . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. Worst. Attendance not regularise if you're not eligible for incentive. Except 2nd Saturday all days are working including month end Sunday and some government holidays also. Harsh words used by SM. Bank policy is tough. You need survival skill to work in this organisation

You will learn to fight here ,and will know how to raise your voice . You will also learn how to insult and humilate others.

Dislikes

Biggest dislike is vc from 9 to 12 then midday vc 2-4 for hour then 5-7 in evening. People don't work here but always discuss to do work. Even the management knows everything but still going like this. Service is terrible.ex a pvt ltd ca holder has applied 12 times for debit card in last 2 years but bank is unable to issue him debit card due to banks technical issue.

This Bank has the worst culture. I have ever seen in my 10 years of career. As you all may know, banking employees have second and fourth Saturday of But this particular bank, they have old four Saturdays and Sundays working Not this they also disturb you on rest of the Saturdays and fun days and ask you to work Seniors have no sense of talking The way of talking is crap, they use abusive language Bring in your family and talk shit about them as well Taking even a single holiday is a huge task, which you will be abused for And if you do not join the Bank on Saturday and Sunday, they send you disciplinary mail So thank yourself, if you want to join such a bank They have a morning call and an evening call The evening you will start around 8 o'clock and go by 9 o'clock in evening So you're working from nine in the morning to 9 till evening You are just working like a labour, I would say a labour class person is having better work life balance than the IndusInd Bank employees...Read More

The top management never bothers about employees, they purely depends only with corporate staff, and maintains favoritism, they never likes employees who stays in the organization for more years and never take the experience into count

While hiring they will give you nice package. You will be exited.

After joining you will not get time to learn the process of the bank. Because they will tell upfront that you have not been hired for providing services to the customer. After completion of 3 months you will start listening that "if you can't then leave the company we can hire 2 more people in your salary". Senior managers are leastbother about your efforts because they want only result. Requesting everyone think 10 times before joining this company. Managers threatening saying " If Life Insurance will not happen today then you will see hell in your life today and go wherever you can complain against me I am least bother" There are lot of things to say but I can not explain everything in this.
