Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

How employees are treated. Unwanted demands, systems are not supportive. IT team is not at all helpful. To get a small work done it takes weeks.. Staff shortage always. Very Bad culture.

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No propersupport . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. I am working as Senior Credit Analyst in Mid corporate. Work life balance, knowledge uplift, work satisfaction are very good. Salary and Appraisal are low when compared to industry. Seniors guide us well.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

They can make some plan for outing and it will Help to get connection with the employee and all of them would know each other very well. So they nobody would get bore over there. They can plan some outdoor games too for The fitness of the employee . It will be beneficial for the company growth And will also motivate the employee to do the job passionately. 1. Work culture totally sucks.. there is nothing like wealth. They don't have any book or customers to give. 2. Whatever business happens it happens only on MF churning. 3. Country Head takes call on every Saturday and Sunday. Totally abusive. 4. Out of 4 Zonal Heads 3 of them have resigned. 5. Think before joining because many organization there don't hire from IndusInd Bank.
