I had applied for rehire in the bank for the role of sales manager. I waited for the job offer after documentation for almost one and a half month. Every day during follow up I used to get different reasons from HR for the delay. Due to the commitment with the interviewer I rejected the offer I got from 2 companies. After all this what I get to hear from HR is that my job application has got rejected because for last many years I was not in the banking sector and I dont have banking experience. After One and a half month later they realised this. Very poor HR at indusind bank. I wish to connect to Mr. Zubin Mody(HR head) at Indusind bank and raise my issue with him.
