Focus on branch management, like gave proper branch staff, equipment ( passbook printer, sitting chair, good connection of internet etc) .

Dislikes

Branch far from market, account opening distance criteria like 500 mts only, some minor approval also take from ZH, account close approval also taken from ZH. Without branch staff or customer consent high value debit card dispatch etc.

While hiring they will give you nice package. You will be exited.

After joining you will not get time to learn the process of the bank. Because they will tell upfront that you have not been hired for providing services to the customer. After completion of 3 months you will start listening that "if you can't then leave the company we can hire 2 more people in your salary". Senior managers are leastbother about your efforts because they want only result. Requesting everyone think 10 times before joining this company. Managers threatening saying " If Life Insurance will not happen today then you will see hell in your life today and go wherever you can complain against me I am least bother" There are lot of things to say but I can not explain everything in this. I had applied for rehire in the bank for the role of sales manager. I waited for the job offer after documentation for almost one and a half month. Every day during follow up I used to get different reasons from HR for the delay. Due to the commitment with the interviewer I rejected the offer I got from 2 companies. After all this what I get to hear from HR is that my job application has got rejected because for last many years I was not in the banking sector and I dont have banking experience. After One and a half month later they realised this. Very poor HR at indusind bank. I wish to connect to Mr. Zubin Mody(HR head) at Indusind bank and raise my issue with him. Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Branch people are not at all supportive to provide auto loan leads, because no one focuses on this perticular product. 3.Management are extremely toxic. RSM Mr. Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr. Smarajit Bhar this 2 person are extremely toxic and nonsense and Worthless.They will continuously Pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation,If anyone doesn't achieve their target every month and the target provided by the management is beyond expectations. 4.Here a new employee has the same sales target as a 2 years old vintage employee has. 5.They speaks very bad languages to their team members. 6.Miss Shailaja ( Synergy HR) useless person.
