Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Even after having 3 years experience of experience from IndusInd bank channel, due to being out of Delhi. I was not able to give my resignation period, due to which the company did not give me my relieving letter. Even after coming back i want give my resignation period but the company had already absconded me. Now my 3 years of hard work has gone waste. And because now i am not able to join any company because every company asking for the relieving latter from my last company. How employees are treated. Unwanted demands, systems are not supportive. IT team is not at all helpful. To get a small work done it takes weeks.. Staff shortage always. Very Bad culture.

1. Work culture totally sucks.. there is nothing like wealth. They don't have any book or customers to give. 2. Whatever business happens it happens only on MF churning. 3. Country Head takes call on every Saturday and Sunday. Totally abusive. 4. Out of 4 Zonal Heads 3 of them have resigned. 5. Think before joining because many organization there don't hire from IndusInd Bank.
