Less pressure than other bank.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Work culture in branch is worst manager treat employees like slave , everyday in branch manager force to sit till night 9 for sales target, manager shout and behaves like D grade school principal. All process are worst!! No support for technical team or any other team for any type of issue

1. Joining process slow and worst 2. Once you join you have to do struggle to open your own salary account. 3. When you start doing operations, every process is so complicated. 4. If you open accounts, accounts getting freeze or total freeze in some time. 5. No support from BM, they said "I need business only do it from anywhere" and by mistake if portfolio assigned then you have to do sttrugle for customer you have to fight for your portfolio from KAM or RM, every customer is owned by KAM or RM from your portfolio. 6. I feel very good and it was a good time of 4 years spent with indusind bank .

I have 4 years with full dedication to indusind bank but during a surprise verification I was not able to do it due to pain in my stomach but and they make it issue and ban me for 2 years and after resigning from bank 2 years later I asked for rejoin they denied. From that day I feel very bad and negative

Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

I have worked at Indusind bank Contact Centre . There HR were very helpful and they treat every employee as a family member . They try to help them in every moment Wherever they feel needed . Manager and team leaders were also very helpful and guiding the colleague very well and motivates them to achieve their goal They are flexible and friendly in nature . So this was my experience . They can make some plan for outing and it will Help to get connection with the employee and all of them would know each other very well. So they nobody would get bore over there. They can plan some outdoor games too for The fitness of the employee . It will be beneficial for the company growth And will also motivate the employee to do the job passionately. Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.
