Absolutely nothing i like about working here. Long working hours, no weekends, leaves not getting approved.. n what not

There is nothing to like about. Worst work culture. They treat employees like trash. They even make you come to office on weekdays and public holidays/ festivals. Sometimes you are allowed to leave office after 10 or 11 pm. No personal life. You can never plan any weekend because they intentionally cancel your weekend saying “ sabnelong weekend to plan kar liya hoga” esa karte hai ye weekend sabko office ana hai!!...Read More

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is Good. Company policies are good, but salary is Okay but not enough

My job is not fix. salary is okay but career growth is slow. I can't see my self to achieve anything and this is huge disappointing for me.
