Poor work culture. Below are the problems I faced during my tenure. No cabs provided. Once you join the company, you will be in probation period for 6 months. In which you will not be provided any leaves even if you are sick. If you take leave it will be considered as LOP (Loss of pay). Once your probation period is over you are entitled for 34 paid leaves, 20 Sick leaves and 10 casual leaves. However, you will be allowed to take even half of these leaves. Even you apply for leaves you need to apply it 45 days in advance. The manager of KYC is one of the pethatic manager who has a lot of attitude and doesn't know how to treat his reportees. Work pressure is very high. There is 9 hour of working hours... If you login late you will be asked to complete your 9 hour and then leave. If you are leaving early due to some emergency you will be asked to compensate the working hours next day. That means you will end up working more than your working hours. People are asked to come to office even if there is any natural calamities (cyclone) .... You will get 5 to 8 week offs in a month. Even if you complain to HR on these things no will listen because manages and HRs are all good friends. If you need to get the sick leave, each time you have to show the doctors prescription. If you do not have a prescription your leave will be an LOP ( loss of pay). If you need to leave the company you have to serve a notice period of long 3 months (90 days). In this notice period you are entitled to take 5 leaves but you will not be allowed to take it.... In short your life is hell. No work and personal life balance. Salary is also very pethetic....... Only and only my friends, tons of memories I cherish

Dislikes

Everything... No proper increment, No bonus, they deduct your incentives for every non sense thing, don't provide you proper information about the deduction... No Diwali benefits.. not even considering to share a dabba of a mithai.. no pantry area.. rules are different for seniors and juniors.. security person not giving you that respect that deserve.
