Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

How employees are treated. Unwanted demands, systems are not supportive. IT team is not at all helpful. To get a small work done it takes weeks.. Staff shortage always. Very Bad culture.

The only thing to like is flexibility

1. Work culture totally sucks.. there is nothing like wealth. They don't have any book or customers to give. 2. Whatever business happens it happens only on MF churning. 3. Country Head takes call on every Saturday and Sunday. Totally abusive. 4. Out of 4 Zonal Heads 3 of them have resigned. 5. Think before joining because many organization there don't hire from IndusInd Bank.

There is no job security in Synergy department (Vehicle Loan) in IndusInd Bank, branch people are not supportive in providing leads, management led by RSM Mr Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr Smarajit Bhar is extremely toxic as they will continuously pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation if anyone does not achieve the sales target every month and the sales target provided by the management is beyond expectations, the practices followed inside is extremely faulty.
