Till the time Akshay sapru was at the helm , things were wonderful, as they say you don't leave a job you leave your boss

Once the new team came , the entire culture was destroyed , maybe that's what they thought was relevant for the progress of the bank, people were no t valued and only numbers mattered , there was strong advocacy factor that came in
