100% job security, work culture is like team work and staff organization is very supportive higher to bottom, management is very good and management thinking is to make ideal working environment and to achieve targeted OUT TURN.

There is very little bit problem but after raising the management try to solve it.Man, material and machine this three things are very necessary to achieve targeted work in workshop.All three things are headache for management.

Most of the job are related to safety of passengers , the responsibility become much more than any other department. In feild, Even after your duty hours, you cannot leave your place without telling to some one who is related with him.
