Being an employee i am liable to pick my views up towards progress and regress as well.By connecting the whole nation into a commonn thread,indian Railways is serving the nation with heart and soul.Nationaly IR is gaining ground but somehow if Indian railways is failing to maintain it's pace,that is only because of it's conventionaladministrative syatem in zonal level(workshops).The core belief shoukd be that there is only administration which can make the organization efficient.Therefore System should focus on that administration is with people not over people.However We move forward with the faith of the back to back goals of government for wellbeing will make things done soon.lastly i am proud to mention that i am the servant of the 'country's lifeline'....Read More

Job security, prestige in society,Directly working for national interest,wide network of People's ,work life balances is maintained,9 to 5 job but regularity is must.most of the people are Honest.

Dislikes

Work culture give more independence to everyone but held responsible for any wrong to supervisor,Largely dominated by Group A services. promotion aspect of supervisor level is not well ,No power and authority at JE level. Very less opportunity of Skill Development.
