Indian Railways is one of the biggest organizations under Government sector,Exc promotion chances are their,The person appointed in Group c can go up to Group A and reach up to senior post in the cadre. To work in Traffic and Transportation department specially in commercial is Challengable.In field posting in division I enjoyed theworking specially in ticket checking with continuous efforts one can boost the earnings in ticket checking with the result the window sale increased by manyfold.The excellent work always appreciated by higher ups.Where ever I posted I got Ticket Checking shield, Commercial Efficiency shield ,Two times I got GM's Award during Railway week. Got award 3 times at Railway board level for excellent work done in the implementation of Rajbhasha.On account of Controlling Emergency Quota one can have excellent relations with local body and get the local issues resolved and also help the person who need their urgent travel requirements,these person always remember the little help they get.Clearance of Traffic Suspense from the millionaire customer is one of the biggest challenge ,one can increase the Earnings by continuous follow up,which I did and got carores of rupees realised on diverted rakes of coal in power houses specially in Koradi and Khaparkheda power houses of Mahagenco.Implementation of UTS ,FOIS,PRS projects on non railhead area is one of the big challenge and with little effort one can complete these projects on target time by better coordination and ultimately the customer and staff is benefited on account of transparent and less time consuming system .The benefit to society couldn't be assessed in value by implementing this projects in time.The remittance of Station Cash into bank is one of the great challenge and switch off from one of the age old system was one of the great work which resulted cash in transit as Zero.During the field posting normally I have 800 to 1000 staff ,giving them timely promotion etc.is ultimate ....Read More

The interference of Unions on small issues and some time political people make our life miserable which resulted untimely transferred which I disliked.
