HR POLICY. NO definite guidelines for request transfer. Even request of ladies staff are not being considered. Those who are having contact with higher management or political parties are getting favorable postings. Staffs are required to learn how to flatter or butter the higher management as well as association in stead of how to work. No value of work

I m writing my reviews here based on comparing my experience in Banking Industry . IOB is one nice place to work for if u r satisfied being paid for no work. Actually there is no work pressure , no value addition in the Bank's business month on month, and still u r being paid a decent salary. Salary is at par with banking industry but perks are at lower side. Bank forgets u once u r hired. So no grooming also. If u like it, it is d best bank to work for. ;)...Read More
