1. EMCE Dept. is a labor factory (Never stay here for more than 1 year because there is nothing to learn as every work is monotonous). 2. Pathetic higher Management and policies in favor to the company alone. (Targets are set by higher management based on excel sheet reports and not based on employee empathy and it is very awful) 3.HRs are puppets of the higher management. 4. Policies become extremely toxic after you put down your paper (Think well about the tortures before you join) 5. All policies are against the growth of the employee (3 months strict notice period, No Early release, No buyout option, No leaves trading, No timely promotions, and improper hikes) I got only 8% hike after getting 4.2 out of 5. 6. No early releases for the reasons like better career / Education/ Professional development / Personal reasons (the only way to escape this notice period is if YOU are willing to fall sick) 7. Words/Approvals from B & C-level managers are trashy. (Though they are extremely supportive, they do not have a proper voice against the higher management. They promised me a better hike and promotion in the next cycle, but they failed to keep their promises due to higher management's favoritism.) 8. B-level and C-level managers are great people in-person but they don't have any proper voice, They are just made to look like dummies by the higher management.
