Such a worst place to work, if you're loaded with skills with well graduated, I won't you recommend to work here, moreover you'll lose all the kills and experience you pursued. There is no job security and if it comes to appraisal they'll definitely terminate you that's for sure. Especially those who work hard and put 💯 efforts.

There is no job security and appraisal. During induction they'll give all false assurance and promises but It won't be possible at all after joining in the team. If you're hardworking, dedicated and well settled in the team that won't be matter it comes to layoffs. Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work.
