Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. Toxic Work culture and too much politics manager steals the credit and don't defend it's team take revenges in every way possible provided no input at all always keep saying I am doing so much for you really shit mentality always favour there chamchas and whenever needed some work talk nicely otherwise shit like attitude and when ever some thing happens wrong take the backfoot and blame the Team.

no work life balance - over 15 hours of work every single day cheap cheap politics policy of hiring and firing - will fire people for increasing margins toxic work culture only if you have good relationship with D band management, you are safe, irrespective of your performance increments and appraisals are next to 0
