Teammates are good and supportive but the management is the worst, they have to the idea of what they are doing, purely driven by sales, they are not employee friendly, they will suck the juice out of freshers by calling them to work on weekends and not giving them any allowance,CEO will see great dreams but he will not try to do anything to make it happen.Hr is not employee friendly they will change the policies whenever they want, startups are so much better than them, Managers are the worst they have the most incompetent managers, they will do whatever they want and in a professional way, they will take unlimited work from home and will not accept the leaves or WFH for employees I still wonder how they hired them, Company is filled with politics and even team leaders are not that supportive, They have a big scam called EKALAVYA program under which they will exploit freshers by conducting contests in which they make them develop applications and will tell that they will use or sell them but none of which will happen.For making those apps the freshers will have to do it along with their project work, so to complete they have to work after office hours and during midnight and girls are no exception for that.They will put very big responsibilities on the freshers like talking to clients and managing them actually this has to be done by managers.They have the worst work allocation policy they will split your work allocation not into 50/50 for projects but with decimal numbers like 30.6%,69.4% and so on, Don't be surprised if you are allocated more than 100% I was allocated 150 %. Work from home option is only one per month, One very bad thing for developers is there is no documentation for what happened before and the people were expected them to take it without any proper kt and get tensed , there are unrealistic deadlines for delivering a project.Though developers will have sleepless nights for delivering the product at the end they will not give the credit for them...Read More
