Nothing to be liked here. Everything was handled by Higher Officials are Too Worst. This company is good untill 2023. but later on politics come into picture. Hema,Manivannan is Worst Managers i can say they will blame employees easily. they recognize not based on Work but rather on region and personal needs.

Since it is service based company so if there is no project then your job is in trouble. And there is no provision to adopt you in any account.

No job security, no projects, and the management is pretty irresponsible. They don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients or keeping the ones they have. Instead, they’re busy replacing experienced techies with fresh graduates and focusing more on advertising Nitin’s book than actually retaining clients.

This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo. First they will hire with sky rocketing promises and the ask to leave. *Most of the employees in Office are engaged in side business as they see no future in Incedo leading to extra pressure to genuine employees relying on Job and ultimately leading to burnout situation. Myself admitted hospitals many times and ultimately leave the job by paying from my own pocket for early release. *If you want to leave the company Sr. Management very politely & silently will try to stall your career making sure you don't get job so easily as they try every possible effort to malign your CV on Job portals. *Managers are worst in engaging employees as they are engaged in unethical practices in office with female counterparts.
