1.D.Joshi 2.The worst management ,favouritism 3.To ethics 4.Making the clients fool 5.No quality work 6. TL 7. No support from TL ,but on client call TL will take full credit 8.Every TL will L ick Managers bo ot, and will feel that he/she is the owner of company 9.Very une thical 10.On every meeting you have to praise managers nTLs and if u fail to do so you will be targettted 11.HR is of no use,no matter what happens he/she will support manager blindly 12.HR will discuss everything with manager which you discussed with her/him in skip level lol, they simply are messenger of managers 13.During CEO talks you will be locked literally, doors will be locked ,Cafeteria will be locked,even toilets will be locked ,you will have to beg to security and then HR to go to washroom 14.Better stay jobless but dont join this organisation,the culture here will destroy you mentally and morally.Possibly you may start loosing confidence in yourself. 15.I know people from my team who had to take counselling to overcome the pressure and to gain self confidence. 16.If you are not in favourite list of manager then dont even dream of work recognition, appraisal (be it 2-3%only you dont get it),promotion (which should be a day dream)...Read More
