Very top management is blind. Dont able see whats going with there resources like ad, stm, tm, tl. Entirely busy to promote company sponsored books. One management guy can spoil entire account. Company is clueless. hire one person as a site leader for entire pune and that guy started creating mess, fired many people and bring his closed friend and relative in projects total biass approach. Later guy joins client company. Dont join this type of company. Now entire client account is on toss. Soon pune division can goes narrow down.....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
