1) CEO has a great vision and mission towards the company. 2) Flexible Timing 3) They are in sync with new technologies.

1) Management is not good. 2) No Benefits 3) No joining Bonus nor proper Appraisal 4) Delay in Appraisal even after done with all the review cycle. 5) You won't be getting right support from management or higher managers. 6) Bias in providing the appraisal and few people are controlling entire thing. (Fair Appraisal not there.) 7) Salary less than current market. 8) Job Security is not there.

At the end of the day, we all work for money. Unfortunately, there’s no proper salary hike here. If you’re planning to join, make sure to negotiate for a high package upfront. Don’t expect significant hikes or promotions later. Growth opportunities are mostly reserved for those who are close to the managers

Terrible work environment. Completely unprofessional people. They are like dog fighting for food. Every morning that Raghu will be shouting at someone and asking stupid of question known to mankind. Standup call equals dog fight. And this has been normalized.

This review will be as per 1 month experience. Thought I haven't explore much. But I'm liking the environment, my team yes all are vey supportive, even I had gone for a weekend outing on my 4th week after joining. It was fun. Overall I would rate 4.5 out of 5.

No goodies,just the laptop and laptop bag I got after my orientation. I Know this is not a disliking about the company. Without filling this column, I couldn't submit my response, so unfortunately.
