There are many reasons why I dislike working at IMARC because there is no growth, no skill and no knowledge. My experience at IMARC is very bad bcs I have 1 years of experience but I don't have any knowledge about market and most importantly we communicate in Hindi infact our meeting in hindi conversation. My personal experience is very bad 😞.

Regions, industries, and accounts can be divided in a better wat between different sales team. Two different at times approach same customer, which can be frustrating for everyone. IT support can be improved.

The management is very partial, they don't know how to talk to their employees. Ceo is always roaming on your head and asks about business daily.
