Horrible leave policy. You will have to do your work in advance if you want to take a leave. Even if you take a sick leave you will have to come back and complete your work. And the cherry on the top - there is a list of floater leaves from which you can avail 6-7 leaves (these calendar leaves can be availed by everyone in other companies) - and even for that you will have to do extra work. Have been working here for over 6 years and have really enjoyed my tensure so far. The project are well diversified and there is a good client exposure. Like: - Have been working from my home in Raipur since the last four years. - Learning curve is steep, great for professional development. - Senior team members and management are approachable.

IMARC is wonderful company to work with. if you are an overachiever, your financial and professional growth can be significantly higher than the industry standards. The work is well diversified and there is a good scope to learn something new every day. The working environment is good with most team members being polite and professional.

Dislikes

The company needs to organize more social interactions and events, particularly for people working from home. Data management system can be improved.

There are many reasons why I dislike working at IMARC because there is no growth, no skill and no knowledge. My experience at IMARC is very bad bcs I have 1 years of experience but I don't have any knowledge about market and most importantly we communicate in Hindi infact our meeting in hindi conversation. My personal experience is very bad 😞.

Regions, industries, and accounts can be divided in a better wat between different sales team. Two different at times approach same customer, which can be frustrating for everyone. IT support can be improved.
