Working in IMA-PG is pretty good experience as getting good learning opportunity if one strive to. But, company lacks in planning due to which it stressed out employees working in operations. The management tries to take juice out of the employees who really works hard. This is troublesome as employees really dont get time for theirfamilies;no proper work-life balance. Also, management of the company favours only those peoples who are sweet talker who really dont care about there roles and responsibilities due to which others facing issues Work environment is really fantastic as team mates are good excluding sweet talkers as said earlier. Appraisals are just formalities as appraisals doesnt decide the salary hikes. The payscale given by company is not that much as compared to competetors....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
