It's very Bad experience with IIC TECHNOLOGIES, in this pandemic situation, When we actually need support and help our company IIC TECHNOLOGIES, Fire many Employees including me. And not giving any type of compensation, Even I work for more than 2.5 years of work in IIC TECHNOLOGIES. Job security is very less in IIC TECHNOLOGIES.

Dislikes

It's behaviour is not like an multinational company. Job security is very Bad. You will be fire and send to home any time.

Work Details

I am doing my best for this job, but after working out more than 2.5 year they call you and just say project is completed, don't come office .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
