The company has a lot of things to offer, ranging from flexible work timings, work from home, medical insurance, compensatory off in case of extended working hours, leave travel allowance, friendly working environment, learning and growth opportunities, good work culture, you get recognized for the work you perform and many more. A lot more to say........................

Team mates are very helpful with regular training online or on site. Politics are less with high job security and proper career growth. Traveling is high is you are in Sales and Implementation but less if HR, Finance and Support.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
