Working from office was good as we get to meet people and we get something rather than working overtime

It was too stressful to keep up with their time estimations, we almost always ends up with giving our personal time to complete the task or else there is a good chance that we end up getting the blame

Company have lack of management,lack of planning etc. Delay of salaries (they holds 3 month salaries) of every staff. 12 to 14 hour duty without proper overtime. Their is no career futures.
