There are many things to describe about dislike and this box can be a terse place for my description. The moment you enter in iFlair you feel tortured and that too for 9 hours long. Once you leave the office, you feel allivated. The horrible place to work. No positive work environment, where you feel enthusiastic. They pressurise you so much. No respect for employees and no appreciation. Biggest problem is with leaves and their policy. They show the different picture while induction and it gets reverse when you actually want to take any leave or use any of their policy. Most of the time it is fake. Please avoid working in this company. Not worth for your career....Read More
