My experience as a fresher with the company has been overall average. There are different processes pertaining to different types of services. Where i worked, internal politics was too much. Work pressure was there but it's fine if other activities are available. But there was nothing of this sort. The company is only good for 1 year of experience for those who want to know job culture.
