There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I requested them to provide wfh till last moment of lockdown but they didnt provide and after giving 1 month salary they fired me and now they are hiring new candidates not even changed process now.pathatic experience for all

No staff supportive apart from Mr. Rahul(manager) in MMT process...TLs treated us like labour. And when we have too much need of this compony means in lockdown they were not with us And they galways gave option to choose shift but never got same shift

They fired me from job without notice period. Cherry on the top they didnt gave me salary on Time. Acccording to them my last working day was 30 April and they sent me email on 27 april they dont need me any more. same happened with dozens of employee. The company has fired thousands of employees working under all MakeMyTrip and Goibibo processes. They did this after lockdown announced. They haven't give any specific information about joining and all. They haven't cleared all dews yet in this crucial situation.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths.

I worked in international flights pre-sales department for about 8 months. Where i have to attend calls or have to reply chats initiated by interested customers want to book a new international tickets. Later on I've shifted to post sales department.
