It gives good salary as compared to another BPOs and you can have career growth from here. Policies are also employee friendly and you will not be removed from job until you yourself decide not to continue.
Dislikes
Salary structure needs to be modified as appraisal and increment is added in incentives rather than Basic amount. This is a big setback and may demotivate an employee even after appraisal. Management needs to sort this out at earliest.

If you're getting late or early for 4th time, it'll be marked as a half-day. You have to punch in your card while entering into the office and after completing your shift you have punch out. 1. Job security is there as long as one is working honestly and efficiently.
2. Since there is no Hr engagement after hiring, that gives an edge to an agent to get desired outcome by having a good relationship with sups.. Rules & regulations are there but can be overwritten by Sups if good bonding is there.
3. CTC is good depending on the proces however it covers all kind of incentives and expenses.

1. PF deduction. It's available only for people with less than 15k salary.
2. You have to pay parking charges for your vehicles
3. No Hr engagement after one is hired. The process supervisors have all the authority and associates don't have an option to dispute a call by sups. ** Agents does not have any real value and power here.
4. Attendance bonus is too high and seems like black money for the organization to avoid taxes.
5. 10 hours working
6. Too much security check for each person and every day
7. No expenses provided by organization during wfh.
8. Cab charges were 5k for all when it was being provided
9. No skill development opportunity or educational assistance

There are people at management positions and team lead who are like shit..They know nothing and treat themselves like they are some Olympic award winners. A lot of politics..I hate it's salary deduction rules,those are worst policies.
