Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge three cafeterias and gaming acarde for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I was having very bad experience to work with i energizer because there was no job security in the company still i had done very good work there, i joined the company in tata process with in 7 months of joining they close the process with out informing and said we will transfer in another process but at last day, they didn't transfer my job in another process. and after close the process , as per labor law, they didn't provide us 3 months salary in advance, . company is focusing on employee satisfaction , focusing on only their own profit....Read More
