Such a pathetic company, on the one hand they train trainers on emaester, charge a bomb for training, and when the candidate is onboarded, they don't even pay them. So, overall, it's a win win situation for them. This is modern way of exploitation, legal action should be taken for the same.
Dislikes
There is no mentorship, work ethics, and a heavy exploitation of trainers who train with with full honesty, put in so many efforts with the students.

They don't acknowledge an employees effort. I worked both as a BDM and ielts trainer. In both the cases I lost money they make an employee work and refuse to pay them for it. All of a sudden when it's time to make payment they have audits or all crap it's been over 2 months I still haven't received any salary

They expect EFFICIENT WORK WITH INEFFICIENT PAY. The payment structure is very poor and so are their communication skills. Especially the special Ed dept vacancy they are looking to fill. Team leads have resigned and trainers are too every month. They do no communicate well and the FINANCE DEPT. is the worse place to have an interaction with.
