Salary, management, food is full of cockroaches Festival gifts only include little Rs 50 bag low quality with IDS infotech written on it. No bonus. No cabs from company for women in night shifts and if you want cab you have to pay money for that from your own

There is no job security left at this time. Work culture is same. Company policies are being changed from time to time according their own benefits. No compensation for internet u r using.

There is no management support. They are less worried about employees. All they care is their work. No compensation for internet, bt is is compulsory to install a broadband, an inverter of our own. Otherwise they will take our account.

Pathetic office and work culture. Too much of politics. You can forget any chances of career growth if you are not on great terms with the management personally.

WORKING at IDS is hectic and boring. There is nothing creative about the work. However, if you take interest in doctor's work it happens to get little interesting. Other than that the HR does her duties well in organising events at various occasions.

I worked at IDS Infotech about 5 years ago so my review would be based on that time period. As a medical scribe, I had a chance to learn a lot about the healthcare industry as I was working with US-based physicians directly. At IDS, learning and collaboration are encouraged among employees and that was the one thing I liked the most.

Dislikes

As it is a night-shift job and it is the first thing that would be disclosed to you; thus, I won't be complaining about the same. Working flexibility was one of the main issues. Once you start working with a doctor, you need to commit to that, and having an alternative scribe for the same could be the problem. Other than that, the company was providing pick-up and drop facility only for female employees whereas I believe traveling at night is equally unsafe for all regardless of your gender....Read More
