One thing I like about the company is that all the people here are so frustrated that if given a chance to switch, they would immediately do that.

Dislikes

Poor management, poor salary infrastructure, poor incremental benefits, treatment with junior employees is really poor. If you would hope for annual appraisal, then you're probably living in a dream.

1) "0" work life balance. 2) Extreme micro management, sometimes it seems like you are breathless. 3) Had to remain logged in from office or/and home for almost 12 to 13 hrs daily. 4) No job security. 5) Too much unnecessary meetings, this leads to productivity hit and have to stretch out of office hours. 6) The clients are given free hand to interfere and demotivate you. This company in Tricity has serious issues. The environment is toxic and unethical. Jarnail Singh - operation head in medical scribe is unprofessional and fosters a toxic atmosphere along with his team members Abhishek Pundir, Kirti Rattan Sharma and Ruchika Bhatnagar. They Engage in office politics and mistreat those who don't comply. Kirti Spread gossip and ruined others' careers and Abhishek didn't come to the office and let his proxy Mohit Kumar handle his team and office duties. In HR, Ruchika Bhatnagar misuses her position and manipulates with policies and ethics of the company. She doesn't come office and works from home and all scribe teams know she cannot stand professional people and she develops jealousy and insecurity. These people have exploited many young professionals and played with their careers. HR is the worst here, a puppet of Jarnail. Amrita and Sandeep are the most toxic in HR after Ruchika. Don't join them at any cost, your life and career will be destroyed by them....Read More

The best i like about IDS is that they never left you if you are not skilled. They will train you and give many chance and support.

Working hours. Actually, its different from one employee to another. I shift is 10-10.5 hours long according to my physician's shift and in return of that they give you incentives. 2nd thing, I do not like about IDS is salary. Many times i got less amount and then i have to mail them and so do unnecessary things to clarify my salary issue

Skill and development part is good otherwise it is all ridiculous.

Dislikes

They should check for the resume of the candidate whether they are from pharma background or not for the medical Scribe Trainee job. They take everyone with non-pharma field and later they will terminate you saying you have no medical knowledge and skills. Eventually, they will waste your 6-8 months. Also, they will demotivate you at the worst level.
