Work environment is good, still an employee of the company during Covid-19 pandemic but without salary since May as they are not allowing to work from home for employees outside delhi.

Nothing good about IDS as such but scribing can prove to be a great learning experience for those who are willing.

Dislikes

Pathetic office and work culture. Too much of politics. You can forget any chances of career growth if you are not on great terms with the management personally.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
