They put a lot of pressure on the staff. Everything that has to be done needs to be done by the counselor. There are no separate departments to do tasks. It's one man army. By the end of the day the counselor becomes so tired and exhausted to do all tasks simultaneously. The management wants us to be the jack of all trades and master of all. The PX team (HR team) is better compared to other companies. Unfortunately no other teams are aware of how worst CX team is.

I had a disappointing, infact, worst experience working with this team. The team head lacks knowledge of research and shows no interest in using advanced tools. The department head is outdated in their approach, forcing employees to use ancient methods. The leadership style is autocratic, with the department head behaving like a monarch who discourages new ideas and innovation. To succeed, one needs to engage in gossip about colleagues to gain favor with the team lead. The team lead exhibits poor management skills, plays dirty politics, and bullies those who don't speak a particular North Indian language. This would go beyond the limits and meetings are conducted in that language alone. If you just cross the team on the floor, you could hear the team lead gossiping about someone. I witnessed body shaming comments from the team lead, creating a toxic work environment. Unless you thrive in an environment with poor leaders and are willing to compromise your values, I would not recommend this place. Dislikes

Lot of micromanagement, no learning and highly biased manager and head. Need to improve a lot. Highly biased heads make everything terrible and you will be forced to do century old things. If you want to grow in your career better find a good place.
