STAY AWAY FROM VADODARA BRANCH! The branch manager, Kanika Notani, exhibits unprofessional, indecent and inappropriate behaviour, paired with a highly uncultured attitude. She fosters a toxic work environment and appears to deliberately hinder the career growth of employees within the branch. Her negative reputation is well known among employees working in other branches in Gujarat. Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation.
