Most of the managers and management employees are working here from the start. So lot and lot of politics happening. If you get a good manager to support and back up you then it is possible to thrive and if not it will be nightmare. Also recently they have started to lay off employees without prior notice. So No job security.

Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation. The overall culture is very worst the managers are pain in the head, they want to know everything in your personal life and gossip around the office. Not at all supportive.Idp maybe rated as a good company in Google but it’s not . Extreme mental tiredness n humiliation n manipulative nature. Have to work more than your JD . One had to work as an office boy too if ur in idp.

Finance controller Devender Jain never gives you appreciation or opportunity until he will get something in return , he takes things personally . Religion partiality he does and used to make personal comment and creates a situation for employees that they are forced to resign
