Amazing work culture. They themselves will push you to grow further. We get offs on almost every major Festivals. Everyone is very supportive.

Nothing special... Very bad experience

Overall it was a very bad experience. Never join IDP as a third party bcoz IDP never treats them good. Even HR support is very poor. Cant tolerate office politics, gossips etc. Rules are diferent for on role and off role staffs.

Work Details

Work is very much different from the role given. Took as CCE and given job is of telecaller without any benefits. Sitting in thr front desk have to do 100 calls day.
