Managers only trust manager not their employee/agents. They should impliment survey or take feedback on managers as well. Higher authority will not be there or sits beside to what manager what they are doing exactly at work place

Nothing special... Very bad experience

Dislikes

Overall it was a very bad experience. Never join IDP as a third party bcoz IDP never treats them good. Even HR support is very poor. Cant tolerate office politics, gossips etc. Rules are diferent for on role and off role staffs.

Work is very much different from the role given. Took as CCE and given job is of telecaller without any benefits. Sitting in thr front desk have to do 100 calls day.
