STAY AWAY FROM VADODARA BRANCH! The branch manager, Kanika Notani, exhibits unprofessional, indecent and inappropriate behaviour, paired with a highly uncultured attitude. She fosters a toxic work environment and appears to deliberately hinder the career growth of employees within the branch. Her negative reputation is well known among employees working in other branches in Gujarat. Despite numerous complaints the top management, including the HR management and her direct superior, have failed to address her misconduct. As a result, many honest, hardworking and high performing employees have either left or are considering leaving. Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation. Nothing happens to the multiple complaints to the HR. They do not want to change the toxic culture but ask others to stay quite about the experience....Read More

The overall culture is very worst the managers are pain in the head, they want to know everything in your personal life and gossip around the office. Not at all supportive.Idp maybe rated as a good company in Google but it’s not . Extreme mental tiredness n humiliation n manipulative nature. Have to work more than your JD . One had to work as an office boy too if ur in idp.

The senior employees target the junior employees, they show you they are very good but they are not. learning part is on you no one properly guide you. they want their benefits.Real politics playing are there.
