Dislikes

Most of the managers and management employees are working here from the start. So lot and lot of politics happening. If you get a good manager to support and back up you then it is possible to thrive and if not it will be nightmare. Also recently they have started to lay off employees without prior notice. So No job security.

Nothing.. Company is good but they are not doing anything about the toxic managers and people destroying the culture

Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation. Nothing happens to the multiple complaints to the HR. They do not want to change the toxic culture but ask others to stay quite about the experience....Read More

The overall culture is very worst the managers are pain in the head, they want to know everything in your personal life and gossip around the office. Not at all supportive.Idp maybe rated as a good company in Google but it’s not . Extreme mental tiredness n humiliation n manipulative nature. Have to work more than your JD . One had to work as an office boy too if ur in idp.

Technical learning for a beginner will be extremely useful. Technical People are extremely talented and professional

The senior employees target the junior employees, they show you they are very good but they are not. learning part is on you no one properly guide you. they want their benefits.Real politics playing are there. CEOs don't know about this IDP India basically north zone area it's very toxic. Mr. jasmeen singh is the main character.Never suggest to anyone go to this area and join the company. Work life balance - You will have good work life balance. Job security - In my case I got laid of due to current situation but in normal conditions job is very secured. Having so many policies in favour of the employee

I like about the leave policies and yearly variable pay which company offers that too they have filtered and brought many new policies which is bad

No promotion even after working for 3years Low hike No new stuffs to learn routine job And favourism with politics happens frequently
