IDP junior staff members are good and supportive in coordination for work. They have a good behavior and a better vision for the ideas and strategies that required for the growth and development.

Dislikes

However, Upper management is very partial and don't take necessary actions when requires, Also, sometimes the toxic environment created within the team where you feel demotivated and neglected that can influence your mental health severely. There is no worklife balance as well sometimes you are forced to complete your work for the CLs and PLs as well.

Most of the managers and management employees are working here from the start. So lot and lot of politics happening. If you get a good manager to support and back up you then it is possible to thrive and if not it will be nightmare. Also recently they have started to lay off employees without prior notice. So No job security.

Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation. Not at all supportive.Idp maybe rated as a good company in Google but it’s not . Extreme mental tiredness n humiliation n manipulative nature. Have to work more than your JD . One had to work as an office boy too if ur in idp.

The senior employees target the junior employees, they show you they are very good but they are not. learning part is on you no one properly guide you. they want their benefits.Real politics playing are there.
