Team politics , partiality towards employees, lots of work pressure, break timings are too less, break timings are horrible , don’t having any tea break washroom breaks , overall break is only 45 mins from that 30 mins for lunch and rest 15 mins u can utilise for washroom and for tea. No food is allowed on workstation, no breaks areallowed after 5.30pm , mobile phones are not allowed, 7 days working culture. Leave preference is there but for that also, so much struggle. Nobody is supportive in terms of any challenges about working arrangement. Total useless peoples are hired as a managers and TL’s don’t have any knowledge about process and company internal policies, they don’t need employees they need machinery, robots who only follow what they want, suddenly take any decisions which will impact the employees wealth and impact on the job , they urge employees to do resign.
