Creating pressure from Ist day of joining, even the bank's just opened newly in the market people don't know it is also a Bank or any small financial company. But bank expect more than a capacity of employees in comparable to other banks.

Work is almost good, even in the Challenges PMC Banks and Yes Bank people says that these banks were old in the market and fall in these worst conditions but IDFC-FIRST-Bank Ltd is a newly launched 4-5 yrs old , how much time it will be stable in the mkt.
