Poor Management. Lack of clarity and communication. Favouritism and personal preferences to a very high extent. No proper communication. A very big gap between what management commits for employee growth and what it actually delivers. If you want to retain talent in your Organization.. you have to give them fair opportunities to grow based on their real skills and talent and not just based on some favouritism....Read More

Absolute job security as there is no importance given to performance

Dislikes

Too many small businesses in Idex and all these smaller units behave like they are 10X bigger. Unwanted complication of processes to save jobs
