Everything... Don't take it... Only time they'll be good to you is when you go for an interview. The torture starts immediately. Zero time wasted. Especially by the team leader Aban. She has an attitude problem and never acknowledges her own mistakes. Rather will make you her punching bag and punch right on your face with her words every single day. Without fail. Favoritism is her favorite thing. But don't get in her good books. You'll be burdened with work. Which includes your and hers, both. I stayed there for 3 months and these 3 months have been as bad as hell. Finally when I left, I had a big grin on my face instead of getting emotional. It was like a lifetime of weight and burden lifted off me. Plus work rules Suck. 10.30 is the reporting time but reach at or after 11 and they'll count it as half day. Take an off on Friday or Monday and they'll deduct the salary for Saturday and Sunday as well. They say your ideas and inputs are important but are not. Only the seniors saying goes.
