Their earnings are because of the work of Recruiters, but in this tough time they have asked more than 60% of their grassroot level employees to resign, and funny thing is that not a single % of upper level (lead, manager) was touched though they are the highest paid employees. So this is how they are supporting their employees

You have no respect, no appreciation, no growth in idc if you are not the favorite of management

Work Details

I was bound to work everyday for 10-12 hours minimum, even lunch was not allowed to be taken in the cafeteria because of Neeraj Suryavanshi

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

It's a great company. Only con is you have to be aggressive with your work because it's neck to neck work environment aka very competitive.
